*Stout – stout beer is ale mixed with the flavors of chocolate and coffee. Oatmeal is often added to maintain head retention.

*IPA – Indian Pale Ale is citrus-like, floral and fruity with a pine-like hop. It is one of the top selling craft beers.

*Pilsner – German and Bohemian styles of beer with a sweet and bread-like malt flavor with a medium bitterness. Bohemian Pilsners are darker than the German.

Steamworks, Ltd is headed by Eli Gershkovitch who started out as a lawyer. He obtained an extensive knowledge about alcohol licensing while practicing law. He used that knowledge to begin a brewery after purchasing and operating a pub in a landmark 100-year old building with steam heat. Using his ingenuity, Gershkovitch incorporated the heating system into the source of energy for his steam-powered brewing, thus the name Steamworks, Ltd.
